One of CASELINER’s key innovations is the new RMS-200 fuel measurement system, which enables not only precise fuel quantity measurement but also real-time flow monitoring. This system continuously monitors and records the fueling process for race cars and tracks the amount of fuel in the RF200 fueling tank. It utilizes cutting-edge ultrasonic measurement technology in compliance with current FIA regulations. The system includes gasoline temperature measurement, transfer recording to memory, and setting of the fuel mass coefficient.

The RMS-200 is a modular system that allows the use of the main unit, BASE UNIT, located at the DEADMAN position, and an external VALVE UNIT for direct control of the refueling phase by a second mechanic. This mechanic has a clear view of the amount of fuel added and the time recorded during the process. The RMS-200 system does not use a standard mechanical weighing system and can be mounted directly on RF200 holders in two positions, either left or right. The VALVE UNIT is designed to fit Stäubli SAF, Krontec RFC, or single or double PP20M valves.

A system for weighing fuel to the car using REFUELLING WEIGHT SCALES CWU-300. It is a weighing control mechanism after refueling the car and cannot be used as an active weighing element in the tank refueling process itself at the pit stop. The CWU-300 is mostly compatible with many other products on the market. Download the technical drawing to check the attachment on your refueling rig.

The new Ci5 evaluation unit uses a standard voltage of 230V or a lithium battery with a lifespan of up to 8 hours.

The unit has an integrated Bluetooth protocol and an evaluation application Weigh2Control is available. You can download it on the Windows or Google Play. ( only for Windows in this time  )

EEC Performance Systems have identified the need for a ‘no frills’, entry level fuel bowser, to satisfy some of todays cost conscious race teams. Whilst maintaining all of the safety features of senior f-POD Max and f-POD Ultra models, EEC have designed a low priced machine with very simple, intuitive controls to provide quick and efficient fuel transfer. The f-POD Eco features a large 28mm high red LED display for easy viewing. A single push button, toggles between the ‘fuel gauge’, which displays the contents the bowsers tank and the ‘tare’ which sets the display to ‘0’ making it ready to dispense or receive fuel. Inspired graphics prompt the operator; pressing the ‘green’ button sends fuel to the car and pressing the ‘red’ button draws fuel from the car. Releasing the button during transfer pauses the process.

The f-POD Eco employs the highest quality weighing components. This ensures fuel delivery and reception, in and out of the bowser within a repeatable accuracy of 0.05kg, which means you can always be confident with your race fuel calculations.

Tanks designed for draining fuel from refuelling hoses or for draining VENT hoses. We offer in different variants. It is necessary to choose the correct drain valve that defines your requirement. All meet the sport and technical regulations of the FIA, FIA-WEC, IMSA and other national regulations.

The tanks are supplied in the basic variant without drain valve Staubli SAF45.5000/DN or Krontec RFC-88DN and Staubli SPT08 refeulling valves. ROTARY BOOM IB100S is a modified product in 2022. It brings the same features as the classic IB100 product. The modification has a new split horizontal arm that makes it easier to transport. It can also be used without the add-on part behind the rotary joint. As an option, you can add light bars for LED lighting above the car.
