In the area of fast fueling, we produce a wide portfolio of refueling tanks - rigs. The production includes many accessories for our refueling systems. All products are fully compliant with FIA technical regulations, FIA-WEC, IMSA, and other promoters. We use DIN 4113 certification for welding and choose the highest quality materials. All products undergo functionality and quality testing. Request all technical documentation. All texts can be of informative character and the complete required specification will be created according to the relevant rules.

We offer refuelling bottles for all required systems. From the basic bottle with valves CASELINER type PP20, STÄUBLI SAF or KRONTEC RFC. Practical, stable and high quality transport trolleys for all types of bottles are part of the offer.

The RF200 tank for quick refueling in endurance races, according to the parameters of the FIA spec. APPENDIX “J”, drawing 252-7 or 252-7-2017 regulation. Version RF200-FIA 252-7, code 0150121001or RF200-FIA-WEC-2017, code 0150121024. Made of aluminum material and with a bottom thickness of 10mm made of milled hardened aluminum. The product price includes a discriminator with flange connection and a Kamlok return hose, a filler cap flange, a ventilation pipe with coupling Kamlok, 2x DASH06 fitting for the installation of the mechanical measurement system. REFEULLING RIG RF200 FIA REFEULLING RIG RF200 FIA-WEC RESTRICTOR FIA RESTRICTOR FIA-WEC DEAD MAN FIA RF200 CERTIFICATION

System for permanent monitoring and recording of the refuelling process in the race car and monitoring the fuel level in the RF200 tank. The system uses state-of-the-art ultrasonic measurement technology in compliance with current FIA regulations. Weights for fuel rig are not needed. The RMS-200 system is modular, with the possibility of using the main BASIC unit and an external unit for direct control of the refuelling phase by a second mechanic who has an overview of the amount of fuel filled and the time measured in the process. The RMS-200 can be used in any racing series. It can be mounted directly on the RF200 brackets in three positions from the left, right or under the pipe. The TIMER will be placed on valves from Stäubli SAF, Krontec RFC or PP20M valves.

A system for weighing fuel to the car using REFUELLING WEIGHT SCALES CWU-300. It is a weighing control mechanism after refueling the car and cannot be used as an active weighing element in the tank refueling process itself at the pit stop. The CWU-300 is mostly compatible with many other products on the market. Download the technical drawing to check the attachment on your refueling rig.

The new Ci5 evaluation unit uses a standard voltage of 230V or a lithium battery with a lifespan of up to 8 hours.

The unit has an integrated Bluetooth protocol and an evaluation application Weigh2Control is available. You can download it on the Windows or Google Play. ( only for Windows in this time )

REFUELLING SCALES CWU300

EEC Performance Systems have developed a completely wireless endurance fuel rig monitoring and logging system.

The E-POD System is completely modular, which means you only buy the items you require, with the option to buy other modules in the future.

All modules are completely wireless & currently include:

Fuel Rig Scales to monitor and record Fuel Weight
Fuel Timer to monitor and record Fuel Time and a calculated Fuel Volume
Fuel Temperature
Ambient Air Temperature

If you already have rig scales, we can supply an A/D Module to covert them to wireless for you!

The modules report back to a 15” Full Colour Touch Screen display, designed to be mounted into your garage walling, adjacent to the fuel rig.

The screen displays the current weight of fuel in the rig tank as well as fuel and air temperature. It also shows a comprehensive record of the last fuelling stop.

The logging is a semi automatic procedure, initiated with the press of one button to record the fuel weight before fuelling and then completed with the press of another button to confirm the end of the process.

There is also a simple procedure to record the amount of any fuel in the vent hose.
