TYRES TROLLEY LDG

This durable, lightweight TYRES TROLLEY LDG cart with high load capacity allows tire mechanics to handle wheels in an ergonomic way thanks to its patented lifting system. The unique “push-slide-secure” automatic locking system eliminates the need for inefficient, wear-sensitive, foot-operated or hand-operated jaws. It is absolutely ideal for loading and unloading wheels into the TYRES HEATER RACK ENDU 2 and ENDU 4. With the help of the THR loading ramps, the work is now highly efficient and easy.

The black foam-filled tires are maintenance-free and leave no marks on the workshop floor.

The wheels are equipped with industrial bearings. The cart is made of stainless steel (robotic welding) with high-strength components. This lightweight cart, weighing just 17 kg, can handle wheels from 13”–20” with a weight of up to 200 kg.
