Information on Personal Data Processing

2. Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing

The legal basis for processing your personal data is the necessity of such processing for the performance of a contract concluded between you and the controller, or for taking steps prior to entering into such a contract at your request, pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

3. Data Retention Period

Personal data will be retained for 10 years from the conclusion of the contract, in compliance with applicable legal regulations, in particular accounting and tax legislation.

4. Recipients of Personal Data

Personal data may be disclosed to third parties, such as providers of transport and payment services, but only to the extent necessary for the fulfilment of the contract.

5. Transfer of Data to Third Countries

Personal data are not transferred outside the European Union or to international organizations.

6. Rights of Data Subjects

You have the right:

• to access your personal data,

• to request rectification or erasure,

• to request restriction of processing,

• to object to processing,

• to data portability.

Where processing is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw such consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority:

Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ), Czech Republic.

Providing personal data is not your obligation; however, it is a necessary requirement for entering into and performing the contract. Without providing your personal data, the contract cannot be concluded or fulfilled by the controller.
