• Personal pickup shortens the delivery time; in this case, the locally applicable VAT of 21% will always be charged.
• We always strive to offer the best shipping price and optimal delivery time.
• For custom-made products, delivery time depends on production capacity and is always agreed upon individually.
• Timely delivery is our priority, as motorsport requires speed and precision.
  

2. Do you offer interantional shipping?

• Yes, we deliver to most countries worldwide.
• For deliveries outside the EU, we always provide the best possible shipping option.
• If you choose your own shipping method, our logistics team will provide all necessary customs documentation for fast order clearance.

3. What is the delivery time if the product is out of stock?

• Each product listing includes an estimated delivery time.
• Once an order is placed, our sales team will confirm the exact delivery date.

4. Can I return goods?

• Returns within B2B conditions are possible upon agreement.
• We always strive to provide the best customer service.
• For custom-made products, returns are more complex since they are manufactured according to your specifications. If the product becomes unnecessary before delivery, we will try to find another customer who might benefit from it.
