LED LOLLIPOP CLP-100

PIT STOP LED LOLLIPOP CLP-100 is a modern, illuminated and highly safe solution for precise guidance of the vehicle into your pit box. Thanks to the integrated LED display, it ensures excellent visibility even in demanding conditions and minimizes the risk of entering the wrong pit. The construction features a lightweight and durable carbon pole with its own battery power supply, enabling fully mobile use without the need for external power. The system offers a dual-direction function suitable for circuits with reverse pit lane orientation, along with simple push-button operation for quick and intuitive handling. Custom graphic personalisation according to team requirements is also available. The LED Lollipop is an ideal choice for professional motorsport, combining functionality, safety, and a premium visual presence in the pit lane.

The control of graphics and LED display elements is managed via the ESP32 Matrix Portal system, allowing flexible operation and fully customizable display settings according to customer requirements.

Upon startup (boot sequence), any custom logo can be displayed. After booting, the system automatically shows the default “STOP” screen. By pressing the “GO” button, the display switches to a second screen. Both screens are fully programmable in terms of graphics and colour configuration.

Power is supplied by a battery system, providing approximately 30 minutes of continuous operation at full brightness (depending on the number of pit stops in real use). The device uses Milwaukee batteries with a capacity of 3–5 Ah, with one battery included in the package. For longer use, such as endurance racing, additional batteries are recommended for rotation.

The construction (body, controls, and battery adapters) is made from PETG Carbon Fiber, ensuring high strength and durability while maintaining low weight. The frame can be supplied in almost any colour and customised with your team logo.

The device is designed for demanding motorsport environments and is fully operational even in rainy conditions.
